Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise search solutions using Coveo Cloud Platform.
- Implement and manage Coveo for AEM, Sitecore, and Salesforce integrations.
- Configure and administer Coveo Sources, Security Identities, Crawling, and Index Pipelines.
- Develop and customize Coveo Query Pipelines to optimize search relevance, facets, filtering, and ranking.
- Implement and maintain Coveo Machine Learning (ML) models for recommendations, query suggestions, and personalization.
- Configure and analyze Coveo Usage Analytics to improve search effectiveness and user experience.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable search solutions.
- Develop custom integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and GraphQL.
- Troubleshoot indexing, relevance, and search performance issues.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews,



and mentoring of junior team members.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
