Role Overview

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Techno‑Functional
Consultant with a balanced mix of functional expertise and technical capability.
The role involves driving end‑to‑end CRM solution delivery, including
requirement analysis, system configuration, customization, and integration.





Key Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into
functional and technical solutions.
Configure CRM components such as entities, forms, views, dashboards, business
rules, and security roles.
Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript customizations,
and integrations.
Design and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate,
Dataverse).
Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and deployment
activities.
Manage and support integrations using APIs, Azure services, and third‑party
platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring performance and
stability.
Ensure adherence to platform best practices, governance, and security
standards.
