Current Employee

Onboarding and Training.

- Conduct 4-week onboarding training for new employees.

- Train employees on basic company processes/work practices and organisational structure.

- Explain company policies and mandatory requirements.

- Train employees on Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, cloud, CRM and internal systems.

- Conduct refresher training on company processes and polices with HR.

B.

Employee

Assessment

- Conduct fortnightly employee assessments.

- Track employee training progress and results.

- Coordinate the transition from corporate training to departmental training with the assigned departmental trainer.

C.

Training

Administration

- Prepare training schedules/calendars and training material.

- Track onboarding and training completion.





- Maintain records of assessments and results.

- Keep training material updated when processes or systems change.

D.

Employee

Development

- Identify common knowledge and skill gaps.

- Work with managers to understand employee training needs.

- Continuously improve training methods based on employee performance and feedback.

- Take initiative to identify training requirements without waiting for instructions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
