Role Description The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager is a full time, hybrid role based in Bhopal, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves designing, implementing, and monitoring CSR strategies and programs aligned with MPRDA’s focus areas, including digital health, climate action, and community development.

The CSR Manager will coordinate with corporate partners, government bodies, and community organizations to develop impactful projects, prepare proposals, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with CSR regulations and reporting requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include stakeholder engagement,



organizing employee volunteering initiatives, conducting impact assessments, and preparing presentations and reports for internal leadership and external partners. The role also requires regular field visits to project sites and collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR initiatives with broader organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Corporate Social Responsibility and Project Management skills, with experience in designing and executing CSR programs.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including report writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for impact measurement, data interpretation, and evidence-based decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Employee Engagement skills to plan and facilitate volunteering activities and internal CSR awareness initiatives.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work, development studies, public policy, management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of CSR regulations in India, familiarity with SDGs, and experience working with rural or community-based projects are highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, conduct field visits as needed, and use digital tools (e.g., MS Office, project management and data analysis tools).
