We are looking for a Creative Content Writer to join our IT & Media Team. The role is ideal for someone who has strong language and writing skills, a good understanding of digital content, and enjoys working on political campaigns and digital media platforms.

The content writer will be involved in creating a variety of written content for political campaigns, digital platforms and communication initiatives, including:

- Creating Punjabi content for social media posts, captions, Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms
- Writing content for political campaigns, public-awareness campaigns and digital communication initiatives
- Developing short-form content, headlines, captions, descriptions and creative copy
- Researching current political, social and public-interest topics and converting information into clear, engaging and easy-to-understand content
- Creating content based on campaign requirements, communication objectives and target audiences
- Writing and adapting content for different digital platforms and formats
- Translating and adapting content between Punjabi, Hindi and English when required
- Proofreading and editing content to ensure proper grammar, spelling, clarity and accuracy
- Working closely with the Graphic Design and IT & Media Team to develop content for social media creatives, campaigns and digital projects
- Maintaining consistency in language, tone and overall communication style
- Developing fresh and creative content ideas for campaigns and digital platforms

Skills & Requirements
- Strong Punjabi language skills are mandatory.
- Candidate must be able to properly read, write and understand Punjabi (Gurmukhi).
- Punjabi typing skills are mandatory.
- Strong command of English and Hindi, with the ability to properly read, write and understand both languages.
- Good knowledge of Punjabi, Hindi and English grammar, vocabulary and sentence formation.
- Ability to write clear, engaging and natural content.
- Good research and information-gathering skills.




- Creativity and ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and other digital/social media platforms.
- Ability to write both short-form and long-form content when required.
- Good understanding of different social media content formats and audiences.
- Robust attention to detail, especially spelling, grammar and factual accuracy.
- Ability to adapt writing style according to different campaigns, platforms and audiences.
- Ability to work independently while also taking feedback and collaborating with the IT & Media Team.
- Previous experience in content writing, social media, digital media, journalism or political campaign-related work will be an advantage.
- 1 year of relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong writing, research and language skills are also welcome to apply.
