We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist who can develop content plans that increase brand awareness, engagement, leads, and conversions for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop effective content strategies for different clients and industries.
- Create monthly and weekly content calendars for social media platforms.
- Research target audiences, competitors, market trends, and relevant topics.
- Develop content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and other platforms.
- Plan content for Reels, posts, carousels, stories, blogs, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, social media managers, and performance marketing teams.
- Create clear content briefs for designers and video editors.
- Develop content concepts based on each client's brand identity, audience, and business goals.
- Monitor social media trends, viral formats, trending topics, and relevant audio.
- Ensure content maintains consistent brand voice, messaging, tone, and visual direction.
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and audience response.
- Generate content ideas for lead generation, brand awareness,



promotions, launches, and special campaigns.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, offers, products, and services.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, social media, and content trends.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Excellent creative thinking and idea generation skills.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to understand different target audiences.
- Positive knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content formats.
- Ability to create structured content calendars.
- Good research and competitor-analysis skills.
- Understanding of brand positioning and storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research is a plus.
- Ability to use tools such as Canva, Google Trends, Meta Business Suite, ChatGPT, Notion, Trello, or similar tools is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities in Client Management
- Understand each client's business and marketing objectives.
- Identify what type of content can attract their ideal customers.
- Convert business goals into practical content ideas.
- Prepare content plans and campaigns for clients.
- Review creative work before publishing.




- Coordinate revisions between clients and the internal creative team.
- Maintain consistency across all client communication and content.

Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with strong creativity, writing skills, and knowledge of social media are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency, social media agency, or content team is an advantage.
