Are you passionate about SEO, AI-powered search, and creating content that ranks? We're looking for an experienced SEO & AI/GEO Content Manager to join our growing digital marketing agency and help businesses increase their online visibility through strategic content and search optimization.

About the Role

As our SEO & AI/GEO Content Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and optimizing content that performs across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search experiences. You'll work closely with our SEO team to execute strategies that drive measurable organic growth for clients across a variety of industries.

Compensation - $300-$400 USD/month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage SEO and AI-driven content production for a portfolio of clients, ensuring quality, accuracy, and search optimization.
- Optimize website content, metadata, headings, internal linking, and on-page SEO to improve search visibility.
- Conduct website audits, monitor keyword rankings and organic performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Perform AI and GEO optimization by testing prompts across platforms like ChatGPT and other AI search engines to improve client visibility.
- Develop strategic content briefs using keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent.
- Leverage tools such as SEMrush, ChatGPT, Claude, and other SEO platforms to build and execute data-driven SEO strategies.
- Collaborate with content writers, SEO specialists,



and account managers to deliver exceptional client results.
- Track campaign performance, provide optimization recommendations, and ensure projects are completed on time.
- Support additional SEO, AI, digital marketing, and operational initiatives as the company and client needs evolve.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO fundamentals, and content optimization.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with AI-powered search, GEO optimization, and AI writing tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for staying ahead of search engine and AI trends.
- Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM EDT
