About the role

We're building Tuck, a virtual try-on platform that lets shoppers see clothes on themselves before buying. We sell it to fashion brands in India, the US, the UK and the UAE. The product works — not enough people know it exists. That's what you'd work on.

Founded by an ex-Amazon tech founder who previously built and sold India's first cashierless store. Small team, fast decisions, no layers.

What you'll do

- Own video end to end — concept, shoot, edit, publish. Reels and YouTube from week one, vlogs and a podcast to follow. This is the core of the job.
- Own content, with support — social copy, blogs and founder thought leadership. A graphic designer handles design execution; the ideas, words and calendar are yours.
- Use AI properly — image, video and writing tools, in a workflow that ships fast without looking like everyone else's output.

What we need to see An Instagram or YouTube page with videos you made yourself. Not a portfolio deck, not client work you assisted on. Your own page, your own edits. This is the main thing we'll judge.

Beyond that

- You write well in English, and can explain a technical idea to a fashion buyer without losing either of them
- You understand hooks, pacing, and why people stop scrolling
- Comfortable in Canva; you pick up new tools quick




- You finish things and publish them

No experience needed. No specific degree needed. Freshers welcome — a robust page beats a solid resume.

The three months

Month 1 you're publishing. Month 2 you're deciding what to publish. Month 3 we review your numbers.

We'll give you the specific targets on day one. You'll be judged on three things: did the content ship, did it get better each week, did the audience grow. Strong performance converts to a full-time Content Lead role at a revised salary, owning content and brand as Tuck scales.

Why it's worth your three months

You report directly to the founder and CMO — your idea can be live the same week. Everything you make plugs into a live sales push, so you'll see merchants signing up, not impressions in a dashboard. End-to-end video ownership this early is rare; most people spend two years as someone's editor first.

You'll leave with three months of published work on AI and fashion that's yours to keep, whichever way the offer goes. And keep posting on your own channels — we won't ask you to stop.
