1. To prepare HR policies of the clients.
2. To prepare job descriptions of the employees of all positions.
3. To set Key result areas of all positions and to conduct monthly review.
4. To assist in preparing Annual business plan of the clients.
5. To conduct HR Assessments of new clients.
6. To conduct employee engagement survey.
7. to design and implement performance management system.
8. To conduct one on one appraisal discussion, increment working.
9. To conduct behavioural interviews of the critical positions.
Candidate will get exposure of various small to large scale manufacturing companies. Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
