Position Summary The AI Course Facilitator will be responsible for implementing the AI Lab programme in assigned schools by delivering hands-on learning experiences in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics, Coding, Internet of Things (IoT), and STEM education. The facilitator will establish and manage AI Labs, conduct student learning sessions, build the capacity of teachers, mentor students in project-based learning, and ensure effective utilization and maintenance of AI Lab resources. The role requires close coordination with school management, teachers, district education authorities, and the CRY programme team to create an engaging and sustainable technology-enabled learning setting that equips students with 21st-century skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Lab Implementation

- Ensure all AI Lab equipment, computers, robotics kits, AI kits, IoT devices, and learning resources are installed and functioning properly.
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper use and upkeep of laboratory resources.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure the AI Lab remains organized and functional.

2. Curriculum Delivery

- Deliver structured AI/STEM learning sessions per month in each assigned school, following the approved project curriculum and academic calendar.
- Ensure 100% completion of the prescribed curriculum covering: Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Basics, Robotics and Automation, Coding (Block-based and Python),



Internet of Things (IoT), Arduino Programming, Electronics and Circuit Design, Computational Thinking and Design Thinking
- Conduct all sessions using activity-based, inquiry-based, and project-based learning methodologies to promote creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Ensure that at least 80% of enrolled students actively participate in practical activities, coding exercises, robotics experiments, and AI projects.
- Design and facilitate hands-on projects, experiments, and innovation challenges aligned with the curriculum to enhance experiential learning.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, learning assessments, and practical assignments for each module as per the project guidelines.
- Conduct pre- and post-learning assessments to measure student progress and continuously improve learning outcomes.
- Integrate the effective use of AI Lab equipment, robotics kits, IoT devices, and digital learning tools into every practical learning session.
- Ensure timely completion of all learning modules and practical activities within the project timeline and school academic schedule

3. Student Mentoring

- Guide students in designing and developing AI, Robotics, and STEM projects.




- Encourage innovation and critical thinking through hands-on activities.
- Mentor students for participation in science exhibitions, hackathons, innovation challenges, and AI/STEM competitions.
- Support students in presenting their projects confidently.

4. Monitoring and Documentation

- Maintain attendance, lesson plans, inventory, and maintenance records.
- Prepare monthly progress reports, activity documentation, and success stories.
- Track student participation, learning outcomes, and project completion.
- Submit reports and documentation as per project requirements.

5. Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate regularly with school principals, teachers, district education officials, and the CRY programme team.
- Support organization of workshops, exhibitions, demonstrations, and awareness events.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of the programme.

Qualifications

Essential

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Experience

- 2 to 4 years of experience in AI, Robotics, Coding, STEM Education, or Computer Science training.
- Experience teaching or mentoring school students is preferred.
- Experience working with government schools or development sector projects will be an added advantage.

Travel Requirement The position requires regular travel to project schools and participation in teacher training programmes, monitoring visits, workshops, exhibitions, and district-level education events.
