Maganaadi Constructions is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and oversee residential construction projects in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, planning, site coordination, quality, cost control, manpower management, contractor coordination, and timely project completion.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the complete project execution from start to final handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, and activity targets.
- Plan and coordinate civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, tiling, painting, fabrication, and finishing works.
- Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and ensure timely completion.
- Manage Site Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors, Subcontractors, and other project personnel.
- Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, Clients, Vendors, and Contractors.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure proper quality control at all stages of construction.
- Identify project delays, dependencies, and critical activities and take corrective actions.
- Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and resources according to project requirements.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor material consumption, wastage, and overall project costs.
- Review BOQ quantities, site measurements,



subcontractor bills, RA bills, variations, and extra works.
- Monitor project cost against the approved budget.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors and ensure timely completion of their assigned works.
- Conduct regular site meetings and review project progress with the site team.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, measurements, and site records.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification, testing, and final handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and construction standards.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and provide regular updates on project status.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of residential building construction and finishing works.
- Excellent project planning and execution skills.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, measurements, billing, and cost control.
- Strong contractor, subcontractor, and manpower management skills.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera and other construction-related software.

Educational Qualification B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with experience working directly for a contractor/construction company will be preferred. Candidates with experience exclusively in PMC or client-side roles are not preferred.
