About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Computer Application Faculty to join our academic team. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching Computer Applications to Plus One students, ensuring effective learning, academic progress, and a positive classroom environment.

The role also includes serving as the Class In-charge for one assigned class and supporting students in their academic and overall development.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and effective Computer Application classes for Plus One students.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Explain concepts clearly and ensure students understand the subject thoroughly.
- Conduct tests, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor students' academic progress and identify areas requiring additional support.
- Maintain effective classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Act as the Class In-charge for one assigned class.
- Monitor attendance, student discipline, and day-to-day academic requirements of the assigned class.
- Coordinate with mentors, academic coordinators, and other faculty members regarding student progress.
- Participate in academic meetings, parent interactions, examinations,



and other institutional activities as required.
- Maintain subject-related records and documentation.
- Support students in developing strong academic skills and confidence in the subject.

Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / BCA / MCA in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a relevant discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Computer Applications and the Plus One curriculum.

Preferred Experience

- Experience as a class teacher/class in-charge will be an added advantage.
