1. RBI Compliance Regulatory compliances.

2. RBI Inspection, collation of data from different departments for replying to RBI.

3. To update the policies/SOPs of the company in terms of RBI regulations and compliances thereof.

4. Keep updating the Offer Document/Assignment Agreement/Trust Deed or any other deed in terms of RBI requirements.

5. Keeping /disseminating information in terms of any amendments in terms of RBI guidelines.

6. Co-ordination with management and other departments.

7. To ensure regulatory compliances in terms of the RBI inspection reports/policies of the company.

8. Maintaining track of RBI mails/queries received and ensure that the same are complied and communicated.

9. Updating the List of Intermediaries appointed by the company.

10. Monitoring that the customer grievances are handled.

11. Monitoring that CIC reporting is done on a timely manner.

12. Keeping track of communication/queries received from any other Authority and reporting the same to the senior authority.
