Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong culinary skills & product development experience
- Understands Indian food, flavours & up-to-date QSR operations
- Can develop consistent recipes, SOPs & kitchen systems
- Has a strong understanding of food quality, hygiene & costing
- Can build and train a kitchen team
- Thinks like a business partner, not only a chef
- Wants to build something long-term with the founders
