Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Executive to support clinical research activities, patient coordination, documentation, and study-related processes within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and assist in ongoing clinical research studies.
- Maintain clinical trial documents, records, and study files.
- Assist in patient screening, recruitment, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with doctors, investigators, patients, and other departments.
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate clinical research data.
- Ensure timely completion of case report forms (CRFs) and other study documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and research information.
- Follow study protocols, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Assist with preparation of reports and research-related documentation.
- Support the research team in day-to-day clinical study activities.




- Perform other duties assigned by the Clinical Research Department.

Qualification

- B.Sc / M.Sc – Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Clinical Research, or relevant qualification.
- experienced candidates may apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and good documentation skills required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of clinical research procedures and documentation.
- Positive attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Experience

1–2 years in Clinical Research / Clinical Trial / Hospital Research preferred.

Salary

As per candidate’s qualification and experience.
