Position: Client Relations Manager/ Project Manager

Location: Infopark, Kochi

Experience: 5+ Years

Working Days: Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturdays

Shift Timing: 8:30 PM 5:30 AM (Night Shift)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team to ensure high performance and productivity.

Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope and timelines.

Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Monitor team performance, allocate tasks, and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Conduct regular team meetings, provide guidance, and resolve operational challenges.

Track project progress, prepare status reports, and maintain project documentation.

Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement effective solutions.





Ensure adherence to quality standards, company policies, and client expectations.

Build and maintain robust client relationships while addressing concerns proactively.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

5+ years of experience in Project Management, Client Relations, Team Management, or a similar role.

Proven experience in leading and managing teams.

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work in the night shift.
