This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).
Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing Client Onboarding team responsible for customer, project, contract, and billing setup across the firm, allocating out work and ensuring completion of work in alignments with our SLAs and quality standards.
Train the Client Onboarding Specialists on all processes and tools to ensure they have the knowledge required to execute on their role.
Ensure client information is captured accurately and maintained throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Collaborate with the Client Onboarding Director and Manager in the United States on process improvements, management of the backlog and best practices.
Support the Tax team during peak filing seasons by providing operational assistance and ensuring timely completion of critical onboarding and administrative activities.
Contribute to Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), system enhancement, M&A; onboarding,
and firm transformation initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support M&A; integrations by validating customer, contract and project data, onboarding new entities, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and processes.
Gather information from engagement team and contracts to facilitate system uploads using Excel template.
Ensure adherence to process compliance and controls related to mitigating risk ensuring an engagement letter is attached to all closed/won opportunities.
Update and transform data necessary to enable usage of various robotic process automation tools.
Support data governance initiatives that improve reporting, forecasting, and business decision-making.
Systematically verify specific process steps are completed before executing downstream operations (e.g., information is complete in CRM before upload to Workday).
Leverage client teams and contract information to complete the Customer and Project Information Form (CPIF).
Validate data and review detail through each step of the process and before information is loaded into any system.
Ensure required engagement documents are signed and stored in the appropriate location.
Create revenue and billing schedules needed for Workday PSA tool.
Execute mass loading of closed/won opportunities into Workday.
Export, review,
update transform and import data from and into appropriate systems.
Create operating procedure documentation for all onboarding processes.
Ensure all required contracts (Engagement Letters, Statements of Work, Change Requests) information needed for resource forecasts and workforce planning is captured; contract information to include key terms and duration of contract required for Workday PSA tool.
Manage annual rollovers and renewals of multi entity engagements.
Recommend procedural and systems changes that will deliver quality service to customers.
Support firmwide initiatives and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformation efforts.
Track risks, dependencies, and project progress for onboarding and transformation initiatives.
Create and maintain templates in Workday.
Manage and offshore team that can support a “follow the sun” support model during peak busy season and billing efforts(possibly quarterly).
Requirements
Strong ability to train, motivate, coach and mentor a team.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Troubleshooting and analytical skills: ability to resolve problems.
Collaborative skills. Ability to engage internal resources across functional business units.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Quick motivated learner who can work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multi-task on several projects simultaneously.
Preference for customer onboarding experience.
Preference for experience within the professional services setting.
Preferred system experience: Workday, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Master Data Management tool(MDM), Microsoft Purview.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
