We are looking for a detail-oriented KYC Analyst to verify and validate customer documents as part of the loan processing and KYC authentication process. The role involves checking the accuracy, authenticity, and completeness of customer KYC and supporting documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify KYC documents such as PAN, Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID and address proofs.
- Check documents for accuracy, validity, completeness and discrepancies.
- Validate customer information against the details provided in the loan application.
- Identify mismatches, suspicious or incomplete documents and escalate them as required.
- Maintain accurate records of verification and update the required systems.
- Ensure all verification activities follow company policies and applicable KYC/regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for clarification or additional documents when required.
