Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategies for business expansion through franchisee (hotel) acquisition and development.

- Identify recent business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and negotiate deals to drive revenue growth.

- Onboard new franchisees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed in their roles.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Job Requirements :

- 2-10 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales and business development or a related field (hotel, internet, hospitality, travel, real estate industry preferred).

- Proven track record of successful new business development, client onboarding, and franchisee acquisition/development.

- Strong understanding of property acquisition processes and regulations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
