Key Roles &

- Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall operations and performance of the cinema, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

- Own revenue, profitability and P&L; for the property and drive business growth.

- Ensure excellent guest experience, service standards and operational excellence.

- Manage and develop the complete cinema team, including recruitment, training, performance and engagement.

- Monitor F&B;, ticketing, sales, occupancy and other revenue streams to achieve business targets.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, security, statutory and audit requirements.

- Coordinate with central teams such as HR, Finance, Marketing, F&B; and Projects for smooth operations.

- Drive cost control, productivity and effective manpower utilisation.

- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.





- Lead recent initiatives and ensure the cinema maintains premium service and brand standards.

Qualification &

- Experience:

- Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM or Hospitality qualification will be an added advantage.

- 10- 15 years of experience in operations, with 45 years in a senior leadership role.

- Experience in Multiplexes, 5-Star Hospitality, Premium Retail, QSR, or Entertainment will be preferred.
