Business Analyst Cantonese Speaking

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Cantonese language proficiency to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct discussions and requirement-gathering sessions with Cantonese-speaking stakeholders/clients.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable requirements for technical teams.
- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support UAT, requirement validation, and issue resolution.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation as required.




- Ensure effective communication between business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Fluency in Cantonese (Chinese language) is mandatory.
- Valuable written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and process analysis.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint; knowledge of relevant BA tools is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with international clients or multicultural teams.
- Experience working with Chinese/Cantonese-speaking stakeholders.
