Nineteen Bar & Grill is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef who thrives in a rapid-paced environment and is passionate about producing high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard
- Set up and stock kitchen stations before service
- Ensure food preparation is completed efficiently and safely
- Plate dishes consistently and professionally
- Support and oversee the Commis Chef when required
- Step up to additional responsibilities as needed
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment





What We're Looking For ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ✅ Strong organisational and time management skills

✅ In-depth knowledge of baking, cooking and grilling techniques

✅ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen

✅ Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new recipes and procedures

✅ Strong problem-solving abilities

✅ Team player with a positive attitude

✅ Ability to supervise and support junior kitchen staff
