You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of change management processes across IS&T; environment. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including service providers, technical experts, and business stakeholders, to manage change requests, assess risks, and ensure organizational readiness. You'll also lead structured methodologies for change management and much more.

You'll specifically take care of facilitating change management processes, but also ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Bachelors Degree in computer science, information sciences, or a related field
- 5-10 years of direct work experience in change management
- ITIL Certification (mandatory)
- Exposure to configuration, incident, and release management
- Agile and adaptable to changing environments
- Confident, articulate, and able to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization
- Proactive and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Open-minded and able to share information, transfer knowledge, and support team development




- Strong supervisory skills and experience working in virtual global teams within a matrix organization
- Ability to prioritize workloads with limited supervision and remain resilient under pressure
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to grasp complex issues quickly
- Understanding of organizational dynamics
- A pragmatic and professional approach to establishing and meeting deadlines
