Job Title: Change Management & CMDB Analyst (L2)

Experience Range: 5 to 8 Years

Location: Hyderabad / Chennai

We are looking for a skilled Change Management & CMDB Analyst (L2) to manage and govern IT Change Management processes while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and govern IT Change Management processes in line with ITIL best practices.

Review, assess, track, and facilitate change requests through the complete lifecycle.

Conduct risk and impact assessments for planned changes.

Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure successful change implementation.

Monitor change compliance, approvals, scheduling, and post-implementation reviews.

Maintain CMDB accuracy and integrity by ensuring Configuration Items (CIs) and relationships are up to date.

Perform audits, reconciliation, and data quality checks within the CMDB.

Analyze CI dependencies and relationships to support incident, problem, and change management processes.





Generate reports and dashboards related to Change Management and CMDB performance.

Drive continuous process improvements and governance initiatives.

Required Skills

4+ years of experience in IT Change Management and CMDB Administration.

Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management processes.

Experience working with CMDB, Configuration Items (CIs), and relationship mapping.

Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

Experience with ServiceNow Change Management and CMDB modules.

Solid analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.

Experience in conducting risk assessments and impact analysis.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

ITIL Foundation or higher certification.

ServiceNow CSA certification.

Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Management, or IT Operations processes.

Exposure to enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and data center environments.
