Position Details

Position: CFA Manager

Department: Supply Chain & Logistics

Location: Bangalore (Head Office)

Reporting To: Planning & Logistics Head

Role Summary The CFA Manager will be responsible for managing Carrying & Forwarding Agent (CFA) operations and supporting warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and distribution activities. The role ensures smooth coordination across warehouses, logistics partners, and distributors to enable efficient product movement and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

Warehousing & Storage

- Manage warehouse operations and inventory.
- Ensure proper storage and stock maintenance.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation.

Logistics & Transportation
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight movements.
- Ensure timely, protected, and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Track logistics performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Order Processing & Dispatch
- Coordinate the receipt of goods from manufacturing units.




- Process orders and ensure timely dispatch to distributors.
- Monitor order fulfillment and delivery timelines.

Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain operational and statutory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with warehousing and logistics regulations.
- Support audits and compliance-related requirements.

Inventory Control
- Monitor inventory levels and stock movements.
- Help prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Prepare inventory and logistics reports as required.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience in CFA operations and warehouse management.
- Knowledge of freight inward and outward handling.
- Understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Education & Experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in CFA Operations, Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, preferably within the E-Commerce
