- Provide strategic leadership and drive overall business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

- Develop and execute business strategies across 3PL, warehousing, transportation, distribution, and supply chain operations.

- Lead and oversee multiple branches and regional operations across India.

- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, key account management, and expansion of existing business.

- Build solid relationships with major clients, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure operational efficiency, service quality, cost optimisation, and achievement of business KPIs.

- Lead and mentor senior management teams across operations, sales, finance, HR, and commercial functions.

- Oversee budgets, P&L;, working capital, and overall financial performance.

- Identify opportunities for network expansion, technology adoption, process improvement, and automation.

- Ensure compliance, risk management, safety, and adherence to industry and regulatory standards.

- Represent the organisation with key customers, industry partners, and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹5,000,000.00 - ₹8,000,000.00 per year
