Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Security Systems Technician role based in Mumbai. The role will involve installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and other electronic/security systems at client locations.

The technician may be assigned to different types of engineering and security systems depending on project requirements. Training will be provided for the specific system, equipment, and software assigned to the technician, so prior experience with every system is not required.

The role will involve inspecting and testing equipment, identifying and resolving technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, supporting installations and commissioning, coordinating with project teams, maintaining proper documentation, and providing basic technical guidance to clients.

The candidate should have strong computer knowledge and good troubleshooting ability, as the role may involve working with computers, software, networking, electronic equipment, and various technical systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Positive knowledge of computers, Windows, software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong technical and logical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of networking, including IP addresses, LAN, switches, routers, and network troubleshooting.




- Experience or basic knowledge of CCTV, security systems, electronics, electrical systems, networking, or other technical equipment is an advantage.
- Ability to install, configure, test, and maintain technical equipment.
- Ability to diagnose problems and identify the root cause of system or equipment failures.
- Willingness and ability to learn new systems, equipment, and software.
- Training will be provided for the specific systems and technologies assigned to the technician.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and equipment documentation.
- Ability to prepare service reports and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Follow proper safety practices while working with tools, electrical equipment, and other site equipment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and travel to client locations when required.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with project and engineering teams.
- Relevant technical diploma, certification, or equivalent practical experience in electronics, electrical, computers, networking, or engineering is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,541.27 per month
