The company is expanding rapidly, with plans to launch 30 new restaurants across India, offering strong growth opportunities for hospitality talent.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Captain role based in South Delhi. The Captain will oversee the smooth functioning of the restaurant floor, including table allocation, guest seating, and coordination with service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

Responsibilities include supervising service staff, maintaining service standards, handling guest queries and feedback, and supporting the team during peak hours. The role involves close collaboration with the kitchen and bar to manage order flow, monitor presentation and quality,



and address any service issues promptly. The Captain is also expected to assist with basic training of new team members, uphold hygiene and safety norms, and contribute to an overall positive guest experience.

Qualifications

- Strong guest service and hospitality skills, with a focus on courteous, professional, and efficient interaction with guests.
- Experience in restaurant floor operations, including table management, order coordination, and supervision of service staff.
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members; comfortable handling feedback and resolving minor complaints on the spot.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards, menu items, and recommended pairings to guide guests.
- Proven ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure during peak hours.
- Previous experience in a similar role (Captain/Head Waiter/Team Leader) in a reputable restaurant or hotel is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; a hospitality or hotel management certification is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in line with restaurant operations.
