Job Description

We are hiring an experienced SDP/AIR Business Configuration Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in the Telecom BSS and Charging Systems domain.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SDP/AIR Business Configuration, Charging Call Flows, Diameter Protocol, Gx/Gy/Sy interfaces, Functional Testing, and Wireshark/Trace Analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SDP/AIR business and product configurations.
Analyze customer requirements and perform feasibility analysis.
Troubleshoot charging-related issues and support daily operations.
Perform incident analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Support problem management and implement preventive fixes.
Work with cross-functional teams on deployment, planning, UAT, and GTM activities.
Perform functional and end-to-end testing of charging products.




Analyze Diameter messages and SDP/AIR traces using Wireshark.
Manage service issues and escalations while ensuring SLA compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in Telecom BSS / Charging Systems.
Strong experience in SDP/AIR Business Configuration.
Valuable understanding of Real-Time Charging and Charging Call Flows.
Hands-on experience with Diameter Protocol.
Knowledge of Gx, Gy, and Sy interfaces.
Experience in Functional Testing and UAT.
Hands-on experience with Wireshark and SDP/AIR Trace Analysis.
Experience in Incident Management, RCA, and Problem Management.
Understanding of Prepaid and Postpaid Charging.
Experience in Managed Services or Customer Operations is preferred.
Robust troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
