Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and decorate different types of cakes, cupcakes, and desserts.

- Create birthday, wedding, anniversary, celebration, themed, and customized cakes.

- Decorate cakes using fondant, buttercream, whipped cream, ganache, chocolate, royal icing, and sugar craft.

- Perform piping, writing, borders, flowers, and other decorative techniques.

- Prepare 2D and 3D cakes, including basic carving and sculpting.

- Create fondant figures, flowers, characters, and other edible decorations.

- Work with different cake flavors such as chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, carrot, sponge, chiffon, and customized flavors.

- Ensure excellent quality, taste, finishing, and presentation.

- Follow customer designs and special requirements accurately.

- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.

- Complete cake orders according to the required schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Indian nationality

- 2235 years old only

- 2–3 years of qualified cake decorating experience

- Experience in a bakery, pastry shop, hotel, catering company, or similar establishment.





- Strong skills in fondant, buttercream, piping, chocolate, and sugar decoration.

- Experience making customized, themed, wedding, and celebration cakes.

- Knowledge of 2D and 3D cake decoration is an advantage.

- Creative, artistic, and detail-oriented.

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Good teamwork and communication skills.

- Must be willing to work in Saudi Arabia for a 2-year contract.

- Cake decorating portfolio/photos are highly preferred.
