Responsibilities -

- Own and strengthen MIS, reporting and management dashboards across business functions.
- Build self-service dashboards that provide visibility from organisation level down to centre, team and individual performance.
- Turn data into actionable insights by identifying trends, gaps, anomalies and opportunities.
- Automate repetitive reporting and processes using Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI or similar tools.
- Explore AI/LLM tools to make analysis, reporting and decision-making faster and smarter.
- Work closely with leadership on business performance, productivity, efficiency and growth projects.
- Identify problems and ask: Is there a better way to do this?

Who We are Looking For

- 2-4 years of experience in Business Analytics, BI, Data Analytics, MIS, Strategy, Business Excellence or Automation.
- Engineering graduate preferred, especially from strong quantitative/analytical institutions.




- Robust analytical and problem-solving mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python, AI/LLM tools or automation is an advantage.
- Someone who is curious, ownership-driven, comfortable with ambiguity and excited about technology.
