About Krutrim: Building AI computing for the future

Krutrim, a part of the Ola group, is working on creating the AI computing stack of the future. Our state-of-the-art AI computing stack will encompass the AI computing infrastructure, AI Cloud, foundational models, and AI-powered end applications for the Indian market.

Our AI computing stack will empower consumers, startups, enterprises and scientists across the world to build their end AI applications or AI models. While we are building foundational models across text, voice, and vision relevant to our focus markets, we are also developing AI training and inference platforms that enable AI research and development across industry domains. The platforms being built by Krutrim will impact millions of lives in India, across income and education strata, and across languages.

The team at Krutrim represents a convergence of talent across AI research, Applied AI, Cloud Engineering, and semiconductor design.

Detailed :

Financial Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys long-term growth objectives.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management to drive key decision-making.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

- Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI,



and profitability analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.

Operational Finance:

- Manage the financial operations of the AI, silicon, and devices division, including accounting, treasury, and tax.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Identify and develop talent within the finance department, ensuring the team has the skills and capabilities to meet the company’s evolving needs.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with other departments, including Engineering, R&D;, sales, and operations, to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Communicate financial performance and strategies to external stakeholders, including investors and analysts.
- Serve as a key liaison with auditors, regulators, and other external partners.

Preferred Skills, Domain Experience

Must have:

- An MBA Finance/Accounting or a CA preferred.
- 1-6 years of experience in finance.
- Solid Good communication/problem solving/analytical bent of mind.
- Experience in the technology sector, specifically in AI, semiconductors, or devices, is highly desirable(optional)

Preferred candidate profile 3+ years of experience in finance after MBA or CA.
