Business Development Executive – IT/Software Sales
Mariox Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our sales team.
What you'll do
- Generate and manage your own leads through LinkedIn, outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
- Identify and convert opportunities for Web, Mobile App, SaaS & Custom Software Development.
- Handle client communication, requirement understanding, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
- Work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT/Software/Technology Sales or Business Development.
- Strong experience in Web, Mobile App and Software development sales.
- Proven ability to generate self-sourced leads and convert them into business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
