Job Summary

NR Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to identify new business opportunities, build solid client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Contact potential clients and explain the company's products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain regular reports of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.





Educational Qualification
- Any degree or diploma is eligible.
- Candidates from B.Sc., B.A., B.Com., BBA, BCA, Arts & Science, Diploma, or any other recognized discipline can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a business development role.
