Job Profile

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth for DHSs corporate catering services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with corporate organizations, generating leads, managing key accounts, and securing new catering contracts across target markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies for corporate catering services.
- Identify and target new corporate clients, institutions, business parks, and organizations.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and direct corporate engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized catering/service proposals.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Purchase, and Management teams during the proposal and implementation process.
- Lead client presentations, commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial offers.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and regularly report business development progress to management.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging opportunities within the corporate catering sector.




- Manage key corporate accounts and identify opportunities for business expansion and upselling.
- Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks to generate new business.
- Participate in corporate meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Ensure smooth transition of newly acquired accounts from Business Development to Operations.
- Achieve assigned revenue, sales, new-client acquisition, and business growth targets.
- Support the companys expansion into new cities and markets.

Key Skills & Requirements Business Development: Strong track record of generating and converting corporate business opportunities.

Corporate Sales: Extensive experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, or corporate service sales.

Client Relationship Management: Ability to build relationships with senior corporate decision-makers.

Negotiation: Strong commercial negotiation, presentation, and contract-closing skills.

Market Development: Ability to identify new markets, clients, and growth opportunities.

Leadership: Strong communication, strategic thinking, networking, and relationship-management abilities.

Industry Preference: Corporate Catering / Institutional Catering / Hospitality / Hotels / Food Services / Facility Management.

Target Orientation: Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue and business acquisition targets.
