Key Responsibilities

- Manage and improve day-to-day business operations and processes.
- Analyze sales, operational, and business reports to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Conduct R&D; to improve business performance and efficiency.
- Use AI tools for reporting, automation, research, and process improvement.
- Implement and monitor SOPs across teams.
- Evaluate and implement offers, strategies, and current business initiatives.
- Track business performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Identify ways to improve revenue, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Ensure proper execution and follow-up of management decisions.

Ideal Candidate

- Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Good knowledge of AI tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting.
- Strong business understanding and execution skills.
- Experience in operations, business development, or management preferred.
