We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional with a Electrical ,Civil, Mechanical, or MEP background who can generate new business opportunities, identify projects in the market, and procure new project orders for the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit project sites, companies, consultants, contractors, and clients to identify business opportunities.

- Identify upcoming MEP, HVAC, PHE, Fire Fighting, Electrical projects.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

- Procure new projects and support the company in achieving business targets.

- Track upcoming tenders and projects in the assigned region.

- Coordinate with estimation, technical, and execution teams for proposals and quotations.





- Negotiate with clients and follow up until project closure.

- Maintain a database of potential clients and upcoming projects.

Required Skills

- 5 - 8 years of experience in Business Development / Project Procurement .

- Electrical ,Mechanical, or MEP background mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of the construction and MEP market.

- Positive client-handling and negotiation skills.

- Strong communication and networking abilities.

- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

- Ability to independently generate leads and procure projects.
