Business Development Manager - Hotel Acquisition | Property Acquisition
We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and target-driven professionals to join our Business Development team. This is a field-based B2B sales role responsible for expanding our hotel partner network by identifying, acquiring, negotiating, and onboarding hotels onto our platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new hotels and hospitality partners within the assigned territory.
- Generate business leads through market mapping, field visits, networking, and references.
- Meet hotel owners and decision-makers to present the business proposition.
- Negotiate commercials and successfully close partnership agreements.
- Manage the complete onboarding process from lead generation to property go-live.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners and partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful launches.
- Achieve monthly acquisition and business targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development,
B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, Enterprise Sales, or Account Management.
- Maximum age: 40 years.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Robust negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and local travel.
- Candidate should own a laptop. If not currently available, the candidate should be willing to purchase one upon selection. Laptop allowance will be provided as per company policy.
