About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Business Development Manager Interiors with a background in Interior Design / Architecture / Interior Architecture.

The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of design with excellent client-facing and business development skills. The role involves building relationships with clients and industry stakeholders, understanding project requirements, and converting opportunities into successful projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture or a related field.
- Approximately 3-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in interiors, architecture, turnkey projects, furniture,



luxury interiors, construction or allied industries.
- Strong understanding of interior design concepts, materials, finishes and project execution.
- Proven ability or solid aptitude for business development, client acquisition and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Confident in dealing with senior clients and decision-makers.
- Strong commercial understanding with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
- Good networking skills and an established industry network will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits and business development activities.
