Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role located in Mumbai.

The Business Development

Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, generating leads through various channels, and building a strong sales pipeline for painting and polishing services. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective clients, understanding their project requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, coordinating with operations teams to ensure timely project delivery, and tracking market trends and competitor activities.

Executive will also support marketing initiatives, attend relevant events, and provide regular performance reports to management.

Qualifications

- Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
- Solid Account Management and Business skills to manage client relationships, support repeat business, and understand commercial aspects of service delivery.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, client presentation abilities, and professional interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in construction, interiors, painting, or related service industries.
- Ability to work on-site across Mumbai, conduct client visits, and manage field activities independently.
- Basic knowledge of painting, wood polishing, or home improvement services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and common office software for tracking leads and preparing reports.
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
