Biloxx is expanding its Sales Team and we're looking for ambitious, target-driven Business Development Associates (BDAs) who are hungry to learn, sell, perform and grow fast.

This is not a role for someone looking for a routine 9-to-5 job. If you enjoy conversations, competition, targets and closing deals this role is for you.

EARNING POTENTIAL: UP TO 8 LPA

What You'll Do

- Connect with potential customers through outbound/inbound calls
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant solutions
- Follow up consistently and convert prospects into customers
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Build strong customer relationships
- Take ownership of your numbers and performance

Sales or telecalling experience is a plus, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
