Role Description : The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Paramakudi. In this role, the individual will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain a pipeline of leads, and conduct outreach through calls, meetings, and digital channels. The position involves presenting BitBerry Technology’s services to prospective clients, preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations.

The Business Development

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover to account management and project delivery. Daily responsibilities include market research,



relationship building, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

- On-site work in Paramakudi is required.
- Basic knowledge of IT, software, and digital services.
- Ability to communicate directly with clients and convert enquiries into projects/sales.
- Ability to identify and generate high-quality leads through various channels and convert them into potential business opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, business development activities, and project-related requirements when required.
- Opportunity to work with and explore international projects and clients.
- Ability to achieve monthly project and sales targets.
