Assist in preparation of South Indian dishes such as dosa batter, idli, vada, sambhar, chutneys, and basic curries.
Support Commi 1, DCDP, and CDP in daily kitchen operations.
Follow standard recipes and instructions to ensure consistency in food quality.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas as per food safety standards.
Handle basic cutting, chopping, and mise en place activities.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items.
Help in stock rotation (FIFO method) and minimize wastage.
Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
Adhere to all SOPs and kitchen policies
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
