We are hiring for a US Voice/Voice Blended Processes, handling customer support across voice channels.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via calls
Provide accurate resolutions and maintain quality standards
Document interactions and meet performance targets

Requirements
Minimum of 6+ months International Call/Blended process experience (mandatory)
Solid written & verbal communication skills
Must be comfortable to work in rotational shifts
As per role requirements, applicants should be 35 years or below.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
