Job Responsibilities
Operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machine.
Set the job in the machine before starting.
Read basic engineering drawings.
Load and unload materials safely.
Check finished parts using Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
Make sure the parts are as per the drawing.
Watch the machine while it is running and inform the supervisor if there is any problem.
Do basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
Record production details if required.
Work with the production team to complete daily targets.
Follow company safety rules and keep the work area clean.
Skills Required
Experience in operating VMC machines.
Basic knowledge of engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
Honest, punctual, and willing to learn.
Able to work as a team.
