Week Off: Once a week (Excluding Saturday & Sunday)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly energetic and responsible Play Zone Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our kids Play Area Boomerang. Experience of handling such areas or tasks is a must and staff handling and their training supervision is also preferable. The successful candidate will ensure a protected, clean and enjoyable workplace for kids taking part in the play area.

Key Responsibilities
Safety & Supervision
Monitor the play area to ensure customer safety, prevent accidents, and respond promptly to emergencies.
Ensure all staff members attend and complete mandatory monthly safety trainings.
Oversee staff adherence to all safety protocols, rules, and government-mandated compliance measures.
Team Leadership
Supervise, train, guide, and schedule play zone staff, including Crew Members.
Ensure all grooming standards, behaviour protocols, and safety practices are consistently followed.
Customer Service
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.




Maintain a welcoming and positive environment for our customers.
Operations & Maintenance
Conduct regular play area inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Coordinate with the Technical Executive to ensure all play equipment is fully operational and protected.
Report hazards, technical issues, or maintenance requirements immediately.
Events & Coordination
Assist in planning, setting up, and executing birthday parties and special events.
Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Executive for seamless execution of events and promotions.
Inventory & Supplies
Monitor inventory levels for equipment, F&B;, and supplies.
Place orders as needed and ensure timely availability of required materials.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Supervise housekeeping standards and verify that all cleaning procedures are followed thoroughly.
Maintain active coordination with the Technical Coordinator to prevent any operational or equipment-related lapses.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
