We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage and guide the sales team, achieve business targets, improve team performance, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, communication, sales, and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Allocate leads and monitor individual team member performance.
Track daily sales activities, follow-ups, conversions, and customer interactions.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Support team members in handling customer queries, negotiations, and difficult situations.
Generate and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities.
Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers.
Train and coach team members on sales processes, products, and customer handling.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.
Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and customer service standards.




Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service and business operations.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing is an advantage.
2–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with team-handling experience.
Candidates with automobile/dealership sales experience will be preferred.
