We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accounts Executive to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our school. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure smooth handling of school accounts while complying with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Record receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions.
Manage school fee collections and reconcile fee records.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payment entries.
Handle cash book, bank book, and ledger reconciliation.
Process vendor payments and maintain supplier records.
Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.
Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and expense statements.
Maintain records of fixed assets and inventory.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Coordinate with auditors, CAs, and management during audits.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances (if applicable).
Support administrative and finance-related activities as required.





Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Positive understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Knowledge of bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
M.Com will be an added advantage.

Experience
2–5 years of accounting experience.
Experience in a school, educational institution, or similar organization is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.

Familiarity with school accounting and fee management systems will be an advantage.

Salary

Pay: ₹10,259.22 - ₹15,000.26 per month
