Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and maintain accurate stock records.
Handle material inward and outward activities, including receiving, inspection coordination, and proper documentation.
Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, delivery challans, and stock registers.
Ensure proper storage, identification, tagging, and systematic arrangement of materials.
Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned department about shortages or excess stock.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Accounts, and Dispatch teams for smooth material flow.
Maintain records of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, packing materials, and finished goods.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
Support periodic stock audits and provide required reports to management.
Ensure materials are issued only against authorized requests.
Update stock transactions in ERP/software and Excel accurately and on time.
Required Skills
Positive knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Robust attention to detail and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple activities and maintain accurate records.
Knowledge of industrial/store materials will be preferred.
Qualification
Graduate in any relevant field.
