Identify process gaps and deliver data-driven solutions to bridge them.
Build and nurture a culture of quality and operational excellence.
Collaborate across functions and business units to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness
Skills and Qualifications:
Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt / Black Belt (recognized body such as ASQ or IASSC preferred).
Solid command of Lean methodologies and tools (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, etc.).
Proven track record in leading large-scale process improvement projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration ability.
Experience in BFSI or GCC domain is highly desirable
Exp: 5 to 12 years.
